Our Sunday services begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time for most of the year. Please note, however, that we do move service up an hour, to begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time in the summer. So for the Sundays that fall between Memorial Day and Labor Day, service gets underway at 10.
It ranges and depends on individual tastes. Some folks are comfortable in bluejeans, t-shirts and cowboy boots, while others don't feel they've been to church if they haven't put on their Sunday best.
We love kids at Old Rehoboth! Children of all ages are invited and welcome. We have a nursey for the littlest ones, and for the older kids we have a Children's Church. Regardless of age, children are welcome to remain with their parents/grandparents/guardians throughout the service if you prefer.
As the birthplace of American Presbyterianism, you might imagine that our worship is fairly traditional. The congregation sings from the "New", the latest, Presbyterian Church (USA) hymnal, published just last year. They are accompanied by either our organist or pianist. Our choir sings a range of sacred music. Our handbells regularly play and our children also help us make a joyful noise to the choir.
