Upcoming happenings at Old Rehoboth

Dates to remember:

More Special Music in Lent

The choir will present a special anthem for Maundy Thursday on the evening of April 17th. They will be joined by the handbells on both Palm Sunday (April 13th) and Easter (April 20th).

Maundy Thursday Tenebrae Service

At 7:00 p.m. on April 17th, Old Rehoboth will observe the Lord's Last Supper with a special worship service which will include the sacrament of Communion.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Continuing a tradition that was re-instated last year, there will be an Easter egg hunt for children of ALL ages on the grounds of the Manse, just across the street from Old Rehoboth. Plan to wear comfy shoes at 2p.m. on Saturday, April 19th and we will pray for dry conditions (but are prepared to use the Fellowship Hall if God answers, "No").

The Journey through Lent

40 days (plus Sundays) of special reflection and retrospection

All of which will culminate with our Easter Service, featuring all sorts of special music, lots of joyful noises from a grateful people. Along the way we'll be welcoming new families into the life, ministry, and membership of Old Rehoboth. We are also going to be baptizing a child in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. We invite everyone to recall and reflect upon your baptism (or if the Spirit is callng you to consider this as the season for your own baptism).
